Roscosmos TV
Roskosmos TV was established in 2005. Since 2006, Roskosmos TV has been producing a weekly program “Space”, aired on Russia-24 TV channel on the weekends.
Since the autumn of 2010, “Time in space”, a telecast for children, a joint project of Roskosmos TV and Channel One aired weekly on Carousel TV channel.
In 2010, the satellite channel My Planet and Russia-2 TV channel broadcasted “Russian space” almanac produced by Roskosmos TV. Since the February of 2012, the program “Russian space” is broadcasted on the Galaxy satellite channel.
Since its creation, Roskosmos TV has created over 50 television documentaries, which aired at the top federal TV channels.
Several films received high grades on the Russian and international festivals. For example, in 2008 the documentary “He Could Have Been First. The Drama of Astronaut Neljubov” became the winner of “Nika”, Russia’s documentary film festival as “The best popular-science film”.
In 2010, the documentary "Space as Obedience" won festival awards of the “Radiant Angel” under the auspices of the Moscow Patriarchate.
In 2012, the documentary film "Battle for Salute" became the winner of the International Festival "Detective FEST". The documentary "9 minutes to Space" won the nomination on TV Forum “Together”.
