Dmitry Rogozin met with Prime Minister of Kazakhstan

Not only Roscosmos management and employees, friends and families ща the crew came to Baikonur to see off cosmonauts and astronauts to space, but also high-ranking guests, including Kazakhstani officials.

On September 25, 2019, following a successful launch of the Soyuz-FG a working meeting of Roscosmos Director General Dmitry Rogozin and Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin took place at Roscosmos residence in Baikonur.

The meeting was dedicated to the questions of further operation of the Baikonur Cosmodrome and the city of Baikonur development. The parties confirmed the mutual desire to start creating the Nazarbayev’s Start in the near future, which is to be meant for the new carrier rockets Soyuz-5 and Soyuz-6, as well as the Gagarin’s Start modernization (launch pad No.1) after the final Soyuz-FG launch.
