Progress МS-13: the docking date is assigned

The docking of cargo transport vehicle Progress MS-13 to the International Space Station (ISS) which launch is scheduled for December 6, 2019 from Baikonur launch site is assigned for December 9.

Due to the fact that the launch of USOS logistics vehicle SpX-19 Dragon is slated for December 4, the docking is scheduled for December 7, and NASA proposed to foresee a reserve day on December 8, the Flight Management of the ISS Russian Segment made a decision to perform docking of Progress MS-13 on December 9 using a nominal three-day rendezvous profile.
